We have a number of specialist roles at the Hospice including patient facing roles, administrative support for various departments and videographers and photographers.
If you have a specific skillset that you feel Dr Kershaw’s could benefit from, we would love to hear from you!
Our specialist roles are completely bespoke so roles and time requirements will vary.

Specialist volunteers play a vital role in supporting our Hospice, bringing unique skills to enhance patient care, administrative efficiency, and creative projects. Depending on your expertise, responsibilities may include:
Patient-facing support: Assisting our Clinical Team with companionship, Wellbeing Centre activities and specific skills such as Complementary Therapies.
Administrative support: Bringing your specialist skill to our teams to support the Hospice, for example, HR or Finance expertise.
Photography & videography: Capturing key moments to help share our story and raise awareness.
Other specialist skills: If you have a skill you believe could benefit Dr Kershaw’s, we’d love to hear from you!
