If you are thinking about buying new furniture for your house and want your old furniture to go to a good home then please do get in touch with our Retail Team, we can arrange collection of this furniture and will sell the furniture to generate much needed funds to support patient care at our Hospice. You can also drop off your furniture direct to the store and we will help you unload your items.
About the store
The Furniture Hub is located in a central position, just five minutes away from Dr Kershaw’s, and supports the Hospice to raise funds for patient care in Oldham. A large car park, with free customer parking, is situated at the front of the store, and there is access to a loading bay for easy access for drop offs and collections. The store is also a five minute walk from Derker Tram Stop.
The Furniture Hub sells high-quality new and used furniture ranging from small coffee tables to three piece suites, all at affordable prices. There is also the option for furniture to be delivered at a small cost to local destinations.

- Mirrors / pictures
- Books
- Bric-a-brac
- Clothing can be dropped off for our other shops
- Retro or designer men’s clothing or shoes or vinyl records for us to sell in The Vault
We don't accept…
- Rolled / venetian blinds
- Damaged, broken, incomplete or unsafe items
- Safety equipment (car seats, crash /cycle helmets or riding hats)
- Real fur or ivory products
- Personal hygiene equipment (foot spas, shavers) unless new & sealed
- Duvets, pillows (unless new & sealed), electric blankets & hot water bottles
- Mobility equipment: wheelchairs, walkers, bath / shower aids, scooters
- Stained or soiled mattresses
- Christmas trees
- White goods / electric /gas fires or surrounds
- Any electricals with the exception of audio or lighting
- Tables without chairs / chairs without tables / single standard armchairs / dark wood, e.g. mahogany furniture
- Prams, cots, moses baskets, toys
