Dr Kershaw’s Hospice is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission, under account number 5224.
Following a compliance visit by the Gambling Commission who Dr Kershaw’s Hospice Lottery is licensed by, we are proud to announce that Dr Kershaw’s Hospice Lottery has been awarded a rating of ‘Good’ by the Gambling Commission which is the highest rating achievable.
Dr Kershaw’s Hospice Lottery is committed to providing a secure, fair and socially responsible service and to endorse responsible gambling amongst members of the public who support our Lottery in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and specifically the licence conditions and codes of practice which apply to our licence.
You can sign up for the Lottery and pay by Direct Debit or Standing Order. In order to be entered into the Lottery you need to be in credit each week. If you choose to pay monthly by Direct Debit or Standing Order then the amount will be £4.34. This equates to £52 a year (£4.34 x 12 = £52.08).
You can also pay quarterly (£13 per number), six monthly (£26 per number) or annually (£52 per number) by Direct Debit or Standing Order. If you wish to pay by cheque or debit card the minimum payment is £13 which will keep you in play for 13 weeks. We will write to you with a reminder of when your renewal payment is due.
Unfortunately not. Our number(s) are electronically generated, will be unique to you and will be entered into the Weekly Draw as long as you are in credit. You will never have to share your prize money, unless you have joined a syndicate.
The maximum you can have is 20 which would cost £86.80 a month.
Yes – for further information on syndicates please contact the Lottery Team on 0161 624 9213 or email us at lottery@drkh.org.uk
You do not need to claim your prize as all winning cheques are sent out automatically in the post. We will advertise the winning numbers each week here on our website and on our Facebook page. We also publicise the winning numbers in our Hospice Reception. If you change your contact details please call our Lottery Team office on 0161 624 9213 or email us at lottery@drkh.org.uk
As well as increasing your chance of winning, it also means you have the opportunity to win more than one prize each week.
Yes – each week your number(s) will be entered into the Draw as long as you are in credit, so even if you won 1st prize the previous week your chance of winning does not change.
