Dr Kershaw’s is an independent hospice and registered charity serving the people of Oldham and surrounding districts. Since 1989, our mission has been to add quality to the lives of those with a life-limiting illness.

Supporting your health and wellbeing
Mental Health First Aiders
The Hospice takes a proactive role in supporting mental health at work, raising awareness and reducing the stigma. Trained mental health first aiders can offer guidance and support.
Occupational Health
Our Occupational Health Service can provide support where needed.
Employee Wellbeing
We prioritise the wellbeing of our employees with regular Wellbeing Weeks and a wide ranging toolkit to promote work life balance and a happy workforce. Staff also can be referred for counselling / CBT as well as being able to access Complementary Therapies at the Hospice.
Menopause Friendly Workplace
We provide advice to enable any employee managing menopause to be supported at work.
